Food Trailer Service
Our fully self contained Japanese kitchen on wheels (4 m × 2.35 m) rolls into your venue and becomes the heart of the event.
Live Cooking Station
Live Japanese Cooking Station featuring traditional Hibachi and Yakitori grilling. Our chefs cook fresh seafood, premium meats, chicken, and seasonal ingredients to order, creating an interactive dining experience with the aroma, sound, and theatre of live fire cooking. We can grill a variety of fish, seafood, meat, chicken and vegetables over high heat, bringing authentic Japanese style charcoal grilling directly to your event. The theatre is part of the meal.
Canapé Catering
Our canapé catering offers a range of casual to premium Japanese style bite sized dishes, tailored to suit your event and budget. From fresh sushi and sashimi to nigiri, hot fried dishes, grilled items and premium seafood and meat, we can create a selection based on your budget, event style and preferences. Whether you’re looking for a relaxed and casual spread or a more refined premium experience, we can customise the menu to suit your needs.
